The 10 Commandments:
1. You shall have no other gods before Me. (God must be first in your life).
2. You shall not make yourself any idols. (In other words, don't make a god to suit yourself either with your hands or with your mind, and don't bow down to anything but God).
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
4. Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy. ( Do not neglect the things of God).
5. Honor your father and your mother.
6. You shall not kill. (Jesus said if you hate your neighbor you are a murderer at heart).
7. You shall not commit adultery. (Jesus said if you even look with lust you've committed adultery in your heart).
8. You shall not steal. (The Bible says no thief will enter into heaven).
9. You shall not lie. ( The Bible says all liars have their part in the lake of fire).
10. You shall not covet. (Coveting is wanting what others have).
You have broken God's law and since God is good and just He must punish lawbreakers, but through Christ's sacrifice on the cross He made a way for you to be forgiven. He took your punishment. So you must repent and trust in Him to be saved from judgment. Do it today.

The Good Person Test:
Will You Go to Heaven?
Here's a quick test: Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever used God's name in vain? God will not hold anyone guiltless who takes His name in vain. Jesus said, "Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? The Bible says, "its appointed to men once to die, but after this the Judgment." Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done those things, God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulerer-at-heart. The Bible warns that if you are guilty you will end up in Hell. But that's not God's will. He sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross for you. Jesus took your punishment upon Himself. He paid your penalty. "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Then Jesus rose from the dead and defeated death. And the Bible teaches that if you repent (turn from your sins) and trust only in Jesus, God will forgive you and grant you everlasting life!
Jesus said, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." Jesus said, "Except you repent, you shall all likewise perish." Proverbs 20:9 says, "Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?" Jesus also said, "There is none good but one, that is, God." Eph. 2:8-9 says, "For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast." So we can't be saved by our own goodness or good works. If I go to heaven it's not because I'm a good person but because I'm a bad person who has been forgiven by a good God!
Repent and put your trust in Jesus alone to save you from the wrath of God. Jesus said, "He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him." Read your Bible everyday, obey it, and seek to grow in holiness. "Without holiness no man shall see the Lord." "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
